I am very new to all this as I only recently have been diagnosed with IBS. I unfortunately have the "bubble gut" IBS. I cannot eat w/o having to GO!!! Half of the time I am at work, so we have a public restroom so I don't evacuate my office!! Ha Ha! But on a serious note, I am suffering tonight with the dreaded prep for a Colonoscopy to verify the diagnosis of IBS. I am treating w/ my primary doctor. I haven't made to a specialist, will I? I feel a bit lost on the details. But I am open to all support I can get with foods, remedies and secrets of the IBS world.talk2usoon, o2eatanything

Hi! Welcome to the boards
Love your nickname btw
Yep I would love to be able to eat anything, and everything for that matter. It seems the foods I love the most are the one's that alas, hate me the most (I'd give anything to be able to eat broccoli, drink soy milk, eat chocolate
)Good luck with the prep. Yep it sucks allright although it wasn't as bad as I expected. The colonoscopy itself is a breeze. I wish you well through it.
