See I've had ibs-d for all my life so no i haven't noticed a difference because i've always had the belching ever since i was in the hospital after being born. After my mom nursed me I belched so loud that the nurses thought that it was my dad that burped and when my mom told them that it was the baby(me) and they didn't believe her but it was true it was me and to this day i can still out belch alot of people. I have even won random belching contests and not even needed to drink pop when everyone else needed the pop to belch. lol When I was in school I was also kicked out of class several times from belching because the teachers didn't believe that i couldn't stop the belch.
I get more wind from both ends now than I did before I am sure of it, in fact I fart that much more now that if fart's were oxygen you could shut me in an air tight container and I would still survive pretty much the same for the burps too
though I find I get the burps more if I have had one of those days where I have felt a bit rough (e.g today) and then don't eat the following day (e.g what I will do tomorrow) so you can bet your life by this time tomorrow I will be burping like a 10 piece brass band
