Hi everyone -I started doing accupuncture for something else but I also wanted to go for IBS and anxiety and I Have to tell you it works wonders. You have to get used to the needles but once you do you will be great. I get them on my stomach and legs and then I turn over the next time and I get them all along my back and legs. It is so relaxing with the soothing music...I fall asleep everytime when I get it done and that night I sleep like a baby. It has completely helped my anxiety so I wanted to pass this information along. I went twice a week for awhile and now I am down to once a week. Becuase of my insurance, I wish I could do twice because that is how good I felt.
