I have found that acidophilus definitely helps with G. It doesn't eliminate it entirely of course, but it does decrease it somewhat. I have been taking it for almost a year. I found a brand that seems to work well for me. About six weeks ago I changed brands and the G came back - bad. After I switched back to my brand it got better. My question is, do I need to take it indefinitely in order to control my G? Whenever I stop or change brands, it comes back.
