Does anyone take a natural remedy for this? Apart from giving up the alcohol of course - that's a given! A naturopath I once saw gave me something for this (she said I had allergic reactions to some compounds in wine) and it cleared it up entirely. It's back and my old naturop has gone - has anyone seen this before and has used anything?

I am not sure what you can take, but I do kow that a lot of people have a reaction to the sulfites (acts as a preservative). I too have a problem with wine. You may be able to get Sulfite free wine. If there is a winery in your area, or perhaps on the internet. Kari
