Two CT scans, capsule endoscopy, regular endoscopy, CT abdomen/pelvis angiogram, Two colonoscopies, stool tests and blood work for parasites, etc.... and they are finding nothing. Have been sick 24/7 for 6 months. Abdominal pain, constipation, constantly sick to my stomach and my anxiety and depression is through the roof. GI will not tell me it's IBS. They said this is a catch all diagnosis. Nothing to go on. Tried changing my diet but no matter what I eat- Gas, upset stomach, pain. Constipation that is beyond painful or the opposite, D. Really want to give up. Have lost hope. Can't find a second opinion. I have been praying to to take away this suffering. I just want to give up I am in so much pain. I feel I can't go on- Yesterday was painful constipation, this morning diarrhea-

Change doctors and take all test results with you.

Have you considered gut hypnotherapy? I know it's a little outside the box, but there is a connection between the mind and gut health.

Change doctors. It sounds like they are writing you off. There is hope, don't give up. Find someone who will listen to you and work through the problem from medication to new diet or whatever is needed. I’m so sorry you are going through this.

my wife discovered MCAS, and a low Histamine diet and just cutting out foods that are high in histamines and histamine liberators is working amazing for my chronic gas.

Let me know if you have tried this yet.
