I think about this alot but to ashame to ask people on the Bulletin Board.....Wonder what the deal is with not following directions ?? Example's are drinking water, eating good things, keeping commitment's( (after that I say I wonder why I said that
) exercise, being more positive, not taking in any more pets that is dropped off at my house, and on and on...and to top things off not following thru taking my medicine and it is only Celexa...Something is wrong with my brain chemistry
but on the good side with willingness I can change this
Sometime's change is difficult for me ? Ok, am I alone in this insanity :confused
Donna, IBS management can take some work and although change is good and even a necessity in IBS, it can be hard to follow through sometimes with things. Especially if a person doesn't feel well, as that just makes things harder.

The subconscious really doesn't like change! Even if you consciously know that the change will be for the good. You just have to keep at it, and eventually your subconscious will give in!
