Has anyone out there had this operation. If so, I would like to hear how it is working for you? I am experiencing vaginitis, gas and discomfort eight months after surgery. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to check on the alt.support.ostomy newsgroup. I do recall at least one person getting something along these lines.
