Hi again and welcome - I replied to your other post, but thought I would welcome you here as well - take a peek at my journey link below - IBS has a very big brain-gut component and while stressors dont cause IBS, it certainly can make it worse - even when you arent really stressed about anything in particular - except worrying about the IBS - that creates the stress in itself!In your other post you had a question regarding hypnotherapy - that is what helped me after diets, medications, supplements, etc failed - If you would like info on it, feel free to ask - you can even call a number (877-898-2539)for more info - they are happy to help! I know that for me even thinking about having to change my routine would set off the IBS symptoms - you are not alone! I have been on this BB since 2000 and there IS hope!
