anti biotics and ibs?

I was just wondering if there is any correlation between taking antibiotics and a bout of IBS.I have had 2 lots of antibiotics in last month (have finished now) but my IBS has flared up BIG TIME! Is as bad as ever and I can't think what's caused it - wondered if it might have been triggered by abi biotics and if so is there anything I can do now? (finished my course about 3 days ago)Thanks

Replace the good bacteria that was probably killed by the antibiotics. You can usaully find acidophilus supplements at your local health food store.
