Hi I'm not sure where to post yet so I hope this is an appropriate place. has anyone heard about the latest research?Apparently they've seen that there is a low grade inflammation in IBS that COULD be sorted out by taking anti histamines.I'm going to try itI wondered if anyone else had any experience of thisodaat
