Hey everyone. I'm 21 years old and a college student. I have always had a problem with stress-related diarrhea, but recently, it has become a more frequent occurence. It seems like I can't ever eat a meal without having to make a dash to the bathroom after. It is inconvenient and embarassing, and it's getting harder and harder for me to do typical things without having to worry, which then makes the problem worse. I talked to my doctor about it, but she didn't seem too concerned. I think it might be IBS-D, and I would like to know if anyone has any advice for me. Are there certain foods to stay away from, or techniques to avoid the stress? Thanks for any help.
