Yes, I do! Had it for three years now. I get C then D and it can all happen in a short period of time. Never venture where I can't find a bathroom. My other symptoms include urgency (55% of time), trapped gas (60% of time), cramping (10% of time), bloating (50% of time), severe nausea (55% of time), GI noise, movement and vibration (95% of time)& flu like stomach ache(75% of the time). I don't take any prescription drugs but I do keep in some what under control with alternative therapies. I use ginger for the nausea, enteric coated peppermint oil caps for the gas, bloating and cramping and I use Relax caps from crystal star for the anxiety that developeed after the onset of my IBS. They also have a product called Bowel tone IBS which I use. it contains Ginger, peppermint oil and some other herbs. I also take flax seed oil for the C and it is also surposed to help with food allergies, I just started taking it so I don't know yet if it works. I developed IBS worse after I had my gall bladder removed for gallstones. I possibly think it's worse now due to all of the adhesions that were found at the time of my surgery due to the fact that I had severe attacks for over a year before they diagnosed me. I hope some of these suggestions help atleast a little. Good luck!!!!!
