Hello! I have ibs D. The biggest problem I have with it is that I never really know when it will happen. everything will be fine for sometimes a week, then ill be driving down the street, and it hits me.I just started taking calcium and hoping to get regular. Is it this way for most of you? Have had all the tests, tried several medications and hoping calcium works. Would appreciate any input you may have. Thanks, Linda

That really sucks. I'm exactly the opposite. If I'm gonna have an attack (and, believe me, I'm gonna) it will be within an hour of waking up in the morning. It seems as though lots of folks around here have similar morning issues. I almost never go to the bathroom after breakfast. I'm definitely grateful for this predictability. Good luck with the calcium. I also tried the Caltrate Colon Health (which I saw you were taking in another post) but it did absolutely nothing for me. It does seem to work for a lot of people though. Again, good luck.Gastron
