Mainstream commercial poultry is full of junk, and that doesn't help. I always feel polluted after eating chicken at a restaurant... We IBS people are a sensitive lot. If you haven't been eating organic free-range poultry, try to find yourself some. (The Fairway market on LI would be one source.) Bake or broil it to minimize added fat as K & N suggest, and see how that goes. I'd skip the ham for now, because of the preservatives.
