i would get that sometimes when i would take immodium.

occasionally a couple of hours after I eat, I get nauseous followed by sweaty and tingly and once I have a bowel movement it goes away and I feel fine again. It totally freaks me out.

Have you ever had it without taking anything? Ever after you eat?
Probably a vasovagal response.Bowel movements can cause that. It is a type of fainting, but you just aren't going all the way to a faint, but getting pre-fainting symptoms.http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/vasovagal-syncope/DS00806 has some info.K.
