if the ibs is linked to depression then you may claim or is it more not staying out the toilet that causes the problem?my ibs - constipation, is so bad that when its at its worse im very depressed, ill all the time sickness headaches fainitng chronic backache, come out in bruises everywhere and my hair falls out people think ive got lukemia they are that bad, have external piles that are so big i cant sit down -swollen black theyre so fll of blood, needless to say i had alot of time from work i had to give up work and got incap for 18months also round about that time my ibs flipped from once way to the next every couple of months and had to get a grant for a new washing machine as i could no longer go to the laundrette with my bedsheets then went back on to jobseekers after i discovered my miracle(of sorts) medicine and returned to work 6 months later but i do still get periods of sickness when i am going through a bad patch suprised my employer aint sacked me bu then shes got her own problems im her carer and she knows all my toilet! diffuculties herself as shes paralised from the chest down
