Just wondering if anyone has a problems with Plain unflavored yogurt(no fruit or sugar added). Does anyone find it increases constipation, or that the natural sugar in milk causes gas.(I was very surprised to find out that the PLAIN yogurt contains about 14 or 17gms of sugar!)I know yogurt contains quite a bit of natural calcium, could that account for it being constipating??Hope someone could help - would be most appreciated.

Yoghurt constipates me and makes me gassy even if I take lactaid with it. I make my own yoghurt (completely lactose free), I posted the recipe on the recipe section. My yoghurt is o.k no problem with it. Wow, I didn't know plain yoghurt had that much sugar.
