yep, have had them all, extremely worse around that time of the month. I try to exercise a little to get them thru the system faster. I also drink chamomile tea or take in an altoid peppermint. (don't take in too much peppermint). And then of course I sometimes try the Maalox simethecone. It can be pretty painful at times, had a good old attack of it last night.
I've had the back pain, side pain, painful urination, pelvic congestion, and during menstruation, worse cramps on the left than on the right (colon flare?)I also get "constipation headaches," as my late grandmother called them.Sauerkraut gave me D sunday night after weekly dining on it for two months with NO effect. Go figure!
