I have heard that vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. Does anyone take it ? Has it affected anyones IBS ??Thanks..Jeanne

It is included in the calcium tablet I take. You can get too much of vitamin d so it is something you need to watch.Linda

Sun I am glad you mentioned that. Today we put so much sun screen on our kids they may not be getting enough vitamin D and develope bone problems. Be safe but don't over do it.Linda
