I'm trying it now. I have mild C with mild discomfort. It doesn't seem to be working at first. I took the recommended dosage 4 pills 3x day at first, and then after a few days took it 3x day 2-3 pills. I'm at my 3rd week and didn't see any positive results, so I ramped up 4 pills 4x a day. It's my second day doing this, and my gut has been amazingly tame. It's too early to tell if Ibsacol is working. From the anecdotes on this board, it seems like you have to give it at least 6 weeks at the recommended dosage. I was skeptical of this product, but decided to try it based on the positive anecdotes. When you are suffering, you'll try just about anything to get relief. Check the search engine for "ibsacol", and you'll find some people who have gotten good results. Here are some recent threads to look at:ibsacol - is it really helpful? http://www.ibsgroup.org/ubb/ultimatebb.php...t=035447#000021 IBSACOL http://www.ibsgroup.org/ubb/ultimatebb.php...t=030999#000012 skinny
