mag gives me D...and i got sme Ascriptin for arthritis and pain..there is 10mg of mag each tablet and 70 calciium in each..i am sacred to take it if it will cause diarreha, but i hear it is good for pain and will not upset stomach>>>still i fear D

All you can do is try it Knot to see how it effects you. Hopefully it will be fine for your arthritis as well as your IBS! Fingers crossed!
