I'll see K's suggestions and raise you a couple warm remedies:1. A $10 electric heating pad works wonders.2. Various herbal teas benefit me somewhat...such as Eater's Digest blend by Traditional Medicinals & about any brand of chamomile tea.3. I PREVENT a great deal of my bloating by TOTAL avoidance of products containing high fructose corn syrup--that means soft drinks, breads, candies, etc. My beverage of choice is water (or the above mentioned teas), I make my own whole wheat bread in a bread machine, and I just don't do the candy thing at all. Whole wheat vs. white flour products whenever I can too...pastas etc.Happy deflating.
