If a person is taking a fiber additive just once a day, can anyone tell me what time of day is the best to do this? Thanks.

hi mk618in my opinion the best time to take fiber is at night after supper,night time is when your digestive system is most active, and by taking it at night will reduce any weight loss from taking fiber,if you need to loose weight you may take it in day before meals,hopr this helps youcharlie

I take mine in two doses - one before bedtime and one in the morning when I get up. Take 1 TLBS. each time. Seems to work fine for me.Carlene
