peppermint tea is helpful - the peppermint calms the stomach. It's not recommended if you have acid reflux though since it can make it worse.I don't have much problem with beveridges except highly acidic or too much caffeine.

Herbal teas are good. There are dozens of different kinds including blends. I find peppermint or cinnamon or blends with a lot of ingredients give me acid. Cammomile is good, so is Bigelow Sweet Dreams, and licorice root is good but you have to look hard for it.

Glaceau Wellness Water is a really great beverage. It doesn't have a lot of sugar, and it comes in great flavors like Lulo Mango (sort of pina colada-like) and a Passion Fruit variety (can't remember exact name). Plus, the waters have a lot of vitamins in them, so they're good for you, too.Gatorade makes a new product called "Ice" that I like. It's clear, which means no artificial colors, and the flavors are bland, but still taste pretty good. Orange is the best.
