1. Starting from January of this year I started having weird sounds in my lower rectum area... it was like fluids not gases, and it IS NOT stomach hunger thing. I never knew when sounds are gonna be, I was disgraced in a couple of classes, never sat ot the exams, always asked a teacher to give me an exam in a private room, where I'm alone. Then after my hopes that "this symtoms were temporary" has disapperead I decided to ask for a medical help. My primary care physician took blood test, stool culture tests. Stool culture test revealed the following - Amoebic Infection. Blood test - H Pylori. My doctor called me and said that I had ulcer (because I had h pylori she was sure that I had an ulcer, which I guess is not true in many cases). She gave me 2 week treatment of 2 antibiotics: Biaxin and Amoxicillin and Antacid. Right after I finished that I started taking Flagyl 3 times a day to kill an "amoebic infection". And after 2 week treatment of Flagyl I gave blood test and stool culture tests again. No H pylori was found, no infection was found. So I no longer had ulcer or amoebic infection according to tests at least. However, I did not feel any change, I continued to have these wild D all of a sudden. My mind started going crazy and I started to think that I had a cancer. Then I told my primary care physician that I'm very worried about my condition and I said that I was afraid to have colon cancer. She immediately sent me to have CAT Scan and after a few hours a received a call from her saying that "You are perfectly normal". However I knew that was not true, although I relaxed a little bit since no cancer was found. Then my primary care referred me to gastroen. This man gave me Levsin and Culturelle and told not to have any milk products. I had this therapy for 2 weeks and felt a very little bit improvement. So I told my doc that it did not help. Then he told me that I need to have endoscopy and colonoscopy. I had them on 28th of July. Doctor took biopsies of small and large intestinies and stomach as well. He said right away after the procedures (they both were the same day) that I had some mild gastritis. And now I'm supposed to wait until my biopsy results are mailed (but at the same time, not to wait to long I have made an appointment with him on the 16th of August, so that he would explain me what's going on). So basically Now I'm waiting for biopsy results, hoping that maybe they will reveal something. My symtoms change from time to time. for the first 6 months I had weird sounds...very weird they were not in stomach but in the rectum, something what I never had before, I never knew when these sounds are gonna occur, I could not sit on exams...so you pretty much understand the situation. I have excessive gasses almost everyday. I also have a feeling of a constant hunger and always want to have something in my mouth. Also...regarding these sounds. After I sat for let's say an hour or two, the sounds kind of stabilized and it was ok after sitting 2 hours firmly. So life have been hell for me at the age of 18. I'm afraid to be in the elevator with people cause I feel that my intestinies can have gasses in them (you know within the intestinies gasses float...) anyways, I tried to describe you the situation as good as I could and I'm waiting for biopsies result as I said, as soon as I will have them I will let you know. Thank you all of you, I REALLY appreciate your responses and comments. Thanks again,
