yes I do. Pain goes into my groin too.
Me too, but I also have chronic pancreatitis. I never know exactly which symptom is IBS related because with Chronic P the pain begins very much like IBS. I have to quit eating for 2-3 days when this happens. Don't think that you have pancreatitis however, the pain from an acute attack is impossible to ignore and requires hospitalization.
