Many of my friends have had great weight loss success with the "Body for Life" book. Has anyone on the boards tried this program? How did it affect your IBS? (I am looking to tone up a bit!)

I just started this program and so far so good. I have changed the diet a little though because I think he injests way too many chemicals. I have also used just a basic protein powder and not his myoplex stuff.

Nicole, I just met with a trainer to go over my nutrition. She basically has me on a "body for life" diet but it is more limiting. No deli turkey or ham. Fresh fish is allowed, but not shellfish or salmon. Whole wheat bread has to be salt-free.
