I just started this program and so far so good. I have changed the diet a little though because I think he injests way too many chemicals. I have also used just a basic protein powder and not his myoplex stuff.
Nicole, I just met with a trainer to go over my nutrition. She basically has me on a "body for life" diet but it is more limiting. No deli turkey or ham. Fresh fish is allowed, but not shellfish or salmon. Whole wheat bread has to be salt-free.
