Will Bonsal tablets have any help in reducing the D attacks that people (such as me) get when eating fatty foods ?Also can anyone explain why sometimes I get a D attack after eating fatty foods, but sometimes I don't ? I often find if a takeaway is my first meal of the day, then I get D no matter what, but sometimes if it is my second meal or third meal then I don't. My problem is that my body clock means I wake up at 3pm, so my first meal of the day (at 6pm) is often my main one. Also I always make sure I go for a BM before I eat my main meal, so would I still likely suffer a D attack if I hadn't of emptied myself prior to the meal ?
