spasman I don't have time to check out the ingredients for every new product you find everyday. I have given you the site for Diet Basics for a fructose free/ restricted diet. Please refer to that.

it better to loose time on foods who help us that talking about ours family troubles.Anyway,the last link it was REALLY the only healthy bars in the world who do not have fructose in it.Of course,if i'm not FI i'm losing time too.Take a look it won't hurt,click at nutz bars.

i just buy it.i will tell you soon if this bar is good.Bonnei, if i follow the fructose diet for 2 days,do you think it will be enough to know if i'm FI?In fact,when you are on the diet,are you cure of ibs?

yeah,it would be less expensive.But they have BO test too.Anyone have been cured for Bo?

Nutz bars,they are great but they just have 1 gram of fibers.It makes me slow a little bit but again they are great.
