Does anyone deal with this....c for many days and then when you finally go you are really hungry for a few days?if you do how do you keep from not so much overeating but eating things not that great for you so the cycle doesn't start again?

Gail,I wish I could do that. But protien well cause me to be ill and so I tend to stay away from anything that has a decent amount of that. Chicken though....yummy. I am just curious. I am going through this now and I am trying no to eat more than I should so I won't start the c up again.
