Karrietex, The one thing that keeps me from being hungry is protein and fat. I have to make sure to get enough fiber with it or else it causes problems with C, but it sure helps with the hunger and keeps me from eating too much and the wrong things. I tend to eat steak and chicken with lots of well cooked vegetables and some Triscuits (for fiber). That's it. I try to stay away from starches and sugars (e.g. desserts, snack foods, side dishes like potatoes or pasta).
