Going as few as 3X a week is still in the normal range, so not going for a couple of days isn't a big concern. Not going for a couple of weeks generally starts getting you into the concern area.K.------------------I have no financial, academic, or any other stake in any commercial product mentioned by me.My story and what worked for me in greatly easing my IBS: http://www.ibsgroup.org/ubb/Forum17/HTML/000015.html
Before I had IBS, I never took notice when I would "go." I may have gone a week or so and not known. Anyway, when I did get IBS, it started with bloating as the first symptom, and I realized it was unbearable. After being treated for C and "exploding," I felt better. My sensitivity had changed and I needed to go to feel good.I say a person is only C when they are bloated, have discomfort and have not gone to the bathroom in 1-4 days in accordance with what he has eaten or when he is used to going.
