AAAHHHH....how long is okay to be C before worrying???? I'd give anything to have D right now! I used to have D all the time until about 3 years ago. Now I'm in a different cycle, and it's crappy!

what kind of herbal laxatives do you use... I've not tried anything other than Metamucil as of yet. Sometimes I go a week before anything moves, and even then it's not a normal amount.
