Hey all, hope everyone's as well as can be expected! Just wondering, for anyone that takes calcium supplements in the UK, what brand and where do you get them from?

HiI got my Calcium 600 plus Vit D from Holland and Barrett. You can buy it on line if you do not have a store near you. I was confused at what to buy and a little nervous as a lot of brands had magnesium, which I know can cause D. I have adjusted my diet and at the moment although its boring, it seems to be doing the trick. Good Luck.
