Wow this stuff works in my case a little better then i thought its now plugging me up!!!LOL i would rather be pluged up the having the big d anytime pretty much my bowell movments are now more well formed not watery now all i need to work on is the gas i get that make me cramp up and a litlle sick to my stomach..

Forrest,I do think being constipated is worse than the diarrhea but you don't want either if we can help it. Are you using the calcium carbonate that has the 40 mg of magneisum this may help with the constipation without giving you diarrhea. Linda
