No.If they are asymptomatic you need to have them visualized by an ultrasound or X-ray.If they are causing symptoms you don't feel a lump you feel extreme amounts of pain for hours and hours on end until the stone gets dislodged from where it got stuck in a duct too small for it to pass easily.If you have new lumps you never had before go to a doctor rather than speculate about what they are on the internet.

Can you feel kidney stones or gallstones just by feeling a lump on your side?
