Hi,

Everytime I eat, a few hours later, I can literally feel gas move up my right hand side, across to the left, and down (it's like a little ball flowing through me.

I know it's gas, because it's released. It gurgles, pops, rumbles, and makes me feel incredibly sick. It's like a sore throat - you don't feel it until it's happening. It feels irritated.

I eat extremely healthy (plant based, gf/dairy free).

Does anyone else experience this with IBS? The only posts I can find about it, they have either crohns or colitis. Just wondering if you can have this with just having IBS & not IBD (as I don't have any of the other symptoms).

Since my endoscopy and colonoscopy came back normal, I must have IBS. My gas and gurgling are worst during PMS and heavy days of my period. I eat ginger and drink herbal teas like chamomile and mint when Aunt Flo visits but they only keep her at bay temporarily. They can happen any time during the day but get worse at night and I can't sleep! Whoever wrote the rules in Leviticus not to sleep with your wife when she has her period sure wasn't targeting heavy sleepers.

You need to start to eat or consider to eat almonds first thing for breakfast. Raw, soaked is ideal. What they do is give you nitrogen and protein and all minerals, and set the acid in your stomach to its maximum. Maximum acid help with all this gas. When gas is gotten and throughout the rest of the day, if the first protein was almond or a similar food like the apricot kernel, then this means less internal gas. You will still fart now and then, its the internal gas that this process is helping.
