Not directly, but some people may have pain bad enough to cause issues like that.Have you checked your temperature? and do you know what you normally run before this (not all people run perfect 98.6 some are always high, some like me are always low).K.
yes yes and yes i get them all the time and know when an attack is coming on it feels like when you have a fever.i tell people ibs is like having the flu every day. that is only way i know how to describe how i feel.
I agree, try taking your temperature. See if it fluctuates also, by taking it more than once in the day. I noticed there were times that I would walk in my son's room (I keep it at 68 in the summer) and be cold and other times it felt comfortable. Turns out I was running a low grade fever somewhat often.
