Today, with the help of five suppositories (don't ask--I usually post to the constipation/Zelnorm boards) I went 3 times w/o supps and 3 more times with.Can a colon be overstimulated? Can you make it sore? Please answer me. I don't think I have low motility cause I see stuff pass I've eaten only yesterday or the day before.Please help me.

I'd like to know too. I sometimes wonder if i am making myself hurt with using these supps. Today i should have used another but didn't because i had to leave, so my pain right now is not because i overstimulated with the supp but because there is something still stuck in there. Is this considered C, slow motility or just incomplete evacuation? If i take the time to go enough with the help of supps i am ok. Weird stuff.
