After 3 years of terrible leaky gas, I was able to solve it by getting rid of a chronic ear infection. I have no idea how that affects my rectal area but it worked! check your sinuses

Sounds like your symptoms were caused by bacteria and antibiotics eliminated them.

This is interesting because in addition to IBS issues after having the stomach flu in December 2022, I’ve also been having ear issues, pressure, feeling like I have a head cold but I don’t, etc. If they are connected, this makes sense as to why I’ve been having issues with both. I’ll have to try the grapefruit seed extract because I have heard good things about it. Thanks for the info.

Did you had ear pain to visit the ENT doctor?
Did you experience bad breath in addition to the gas leakage? What is the name of the antibiotic? Is it taken orally or applied as an ear drop?
How long was the duration of your antibiotic treatment?
Did you notice an immediate improvement in your symptoms after starting the medication?
