Who can I do about chronic gastritis? Any medication I can take? Right now I just take nexium for my gerd. I have had chronic gastritis for the past 4 years.

·Have you been tested for H. pylori? Otherwise most of the drugs used for Gastritis are the same ones used for GERD. If you have H. pylori they treat that with a course of antibiotics to clear the infection.K.
