I think if we have radical action, FDA will try save your image (after vioxx) about our lives. I live in Brazil, but Solvay says that will not launch cilansetron here until cilansetron be aprroved by FDA.I think solvay could try approve cilansentron in a large number of countries as way to press FDA, if cilansetron is approver in a great number of countries, is a way of pressure over FDA.Other thing: Glaxo says dont have much patients in alosetron to study better IC, so why not launch in other countries to get this patients?Last but not least, ahyone can tell me how i can get lotronex(alosetron) here in Brazil in way that not be travel to United States?Thanks
