HiI am now having an achy tummy....right side as well at times. My main ache is across my body underneath my stomach and then down my right side. I also get wind which I amanage to burp up.PLUS there are days when i just need to rush like anything to the loo ..or else!!!!!!!!!The docotr told me that I had colitis and to take Nurofen (Ibuprofen)...and to be careful what I eat!My question is this...how long do these flare ups last??? and any ideas as to what to eat when I am like tI forgot to add that I had y gallbladder out 8 years ago
