colon and rectum noise

I have the exact same thing happening I find it extremely embarrassing I feel it's much louder than a stomach gurgle
Would love to know what causes this

After vaccine my entire GI system failed. Im unable to eat more than 10 foods. No salt or spice. All of meds I was on High blood pressure (began passing out several times a day) the other meds Diabetic 2 turned to brittle diabetic. Metformin quit working. I was on cholesterol meds too. I take Berberine that lowered blood sugar A1C from 7.5-6.2 and my cholesterol went from 336-226 in 60 days. Surprised even the doctor. Still looking for help with chronic GI pain/burning. Going for endoscopy/colonoscopy ASAP. I have taken all over the counter meds I can find including supplements. I have taken over 15 prescriptions for IBSc. Seen 8 GI docs and have been hospitalized (will never do that again). I have no social life at all. Im very weak. At my wits end!
