Has anyone undergone a colonic irrigation in an attempt to clear out the system and then "start again"? All comments will be gratefully receivd.Judith UK

hi rosieblossom, ive not had a colonic irrigation, but its meant to be good . it cleans out your bowels . i dont know the cost. but it shouldent be much.

I don't think it is appropriate for IBS because it may cause more sensitivity after it.But it's just my point of vu.Some claims it may help.I don't do big enema because i think it gives cramps.

i have thought about it before sounds good to have a good clear out and start all over again!

I had one done a about six weeks ago. It was a great experience. I saw a naturopath who had alot of experience. She only uses warm water and then puts in the good bacteria after it's over.I got completley cleaned out and felt great for a week or so...it didn't cure my constipation, though I'm not sure it's suppose to.It was nice being rid of the bloat and feeling so light again.It wasn't cheap, cost 60.00 (highway robbery), but if I had the money I would go more often.
