finally plucked up the courage to go to the hospital, and after much waiting and the doctor writing down all my symptoms in illegible handwriting, they diagnosed me with IBS. big surprise there, but i was just glad of no colonscopy (phew!).anyway the doctor prescribed me Colpermin and Fibogel and to take it for 6 weeks then i have to go back and tell them if they helped or not. I was wondering how you guys have got on with them? if they helped or not? any bad reactions?(have heard Fibogel is like a wallpaper paste, that should be fun)
