I am taking a 12 strain probiotic but want to start adding in another type that the other doesn't include. Should I take them together? Right now, I am taking one in the morning an hour before I eat and one before bed. I know the best time to take probiotics is right away before eating, but I don't know if I can combine them at the same time. Anyone know?

At one point when I was testing the whole "bacteria theory" I was taking maybe 5 different probiotics at a time. They didn't help me but didn't hurt me either. Some of the probiotics I was taking were..AlignFlorastorCulturelAcidopholusPro-DopholusVSL #3Probably a few more I can't think of at the moment.

YellowHi, You can safely take any number of probiotics together either at the same time or staggered through the day without any danger of physical harm. (excluding herx of ocurse). CheersIan
