Hi all, doing some research online & found an article that recommends 1000 to 3000 mg of Potassium a day really helps IBS-C in some people.I started taking potassium about a yr ago at a nutritionist's advice. But I only take 300 mg a day. All the Potassium pills I see at Whole Foods are like 99 mg.Is it sold in higher doses & also, does this sound safe to take so much?I may have to try it.
