Could it be gas? I have gas all the time, and it doesn't move it stays put, I think from the levbid and gas-x I take. But later in the day it will want to move, and does. I would call it uncomfortable. Hemmoroids also are very painful, and they can be inside I think. If you have any bleeding or this continues I would tell your doctor.

Dear Sabry, I hope you have done all medical tests to find out the reason for this pain. Please do it IT's a must. If your diagnosis is IBS, the pain is very common. I couldn't work or concentrate on anything until I started to drink Slippery elm every morning before breakfast. 8 oz or even better 16 oz. - very warm. To prepare this drink for several days, you should add boiling water, like 1 liter to 4tbsp of bulk slippery elm, boil 2 min. steep and drink. Pain always stopped. The second step is to study very thoroughly the book by Heather Vorous IBS: The Firsst Year. Good luck! Ask ?? if you have them. I am IBS C
